Gautheron Chablis 2021 (Burgundy, France)
Fleys is a tiny village in the northern part of Burgundy and Alain Gautheron is the fifth generation of award-winning winemakers. The winery is outfitted with modern equipment, yet Alain takes a traditional approach to making Chablis.
We get chalk and stone minerality on the nose along with citrus, apple, and honey suckly. The fruit becomes apple and lemon on the palate and finishing with minerality and bright acidity.
