This Chardonnay fruit is grown on California Kimmeridgian (a unique kind of limestone) soil, similar to the magic minerality of Chablis, in the cool coastal foothills of Monterey. Hand-picked, whole cluster fermented, and aged in neutral barrels on its lees, this cool climate Chard acts more French than Californian. The aromatics are fresh and lively, with vibrant blood orange and stone fruit across the palate. No malolactic fermentation here, so you’re left with a clean, bright finish!
