This red is a blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Carignan, and 20% Syrah. We get brambly notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, and plum with earthy black pepper and warm baking spices. Silky tannins provide nice structure and a long finish. This is the perfect crowd-pleasing red to bring to parties!
Food Ideas: Pan roasted duck with wild mushrooms, lamb biryani, picadillo with beans & rice, bleu cheese burger, puttanesca
ABV: 14%
