In case you plan on enjoying the game from the comfort of the great indoors, be sure to chill this bottle anywhere from 30 minutes up to 1 hour. We find that the cooler this red is the more delightful gravely minerality shows through, as it warms up, tart red fruit steals the stage and all throughout herbaceous tones add just the right amount of complexity to keep us from nervously gulping this wine down as the game amps up!

Versatile and able to match well with richer Holiday fare - such as a succulent slice of medium rare beef tenderloin (creamy horseradish optional but strongly encouraged), as well as lighter dishes like a crisp green frisée salad with candied pecans and roast delicata squash.
