Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery France
Made in Chambery, on the border with Switzerland, and the only legally protected AOC for vermouth in France. Dolin Dry uses 30 alpine herbs, and the Rouge uses 50! These are also great options for cooking vermouth, to lend your dishes a bit more flavor and spice then cooking with just wine.

The Haus Negroni
Stir with ice:
1 oz Hayman's Royal Dock Navy Strenth Gin (If you cannot find, sub your favorite Negroni Gin)
1 oz Aperitivo Cappelletti
1 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery Rouge
Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange peel.
