Adrian de Pablo is a scientist with a background in biochemistry, and he has beautifully fused his passion for science with his family’s 50+ year old history of winemaking in the Castilla La Mancha region of Spain. Castilla La Mancha is one of the most arid regions in the Iberian Peninsula, so making sure the grape vines get enough water and nutrients is, in fact, a delicate science.
This 100% Tempranillo is a lighter expression of the varietal, with bright notes of juicy dark stone fruit, a lean minerality, and soft tannins with just a hint of spice. Incredibly versatile, this wine is delightful with a light chill and is perfect fot just about any occasion!
